Love it or hate it, with the recent weather we have all felt the heat.
The Sun rising up over the woods in the morning creating a beautiful start to the day, as you walk around the Caravan Park the birds are singing and the smell of bacon cooking.
The River Wye looks glorious, the river banks lush and green in the sunshine with an abundance of wildlife including the Kingfishers darting up and down the river the quick flash of blue. The Otter has been spotted swimming around in the vast water.
The water has seen much activity from canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding - what better way to get up close to nature.
The Coarse fishing Season is well under way and many have been spending their days on the River Bank. The fishing permits can be obtained for the opposite bank to the Caravan Park from reception.
We are lucky to be located in such beautiful surroundings and what better way to take in the views and scenery by taking a stroll by the river or venturing into the woods opposite the Caravan Park (which have provided some much-needed shade of late). The leaves are looking a lovely green, with lots of trails to keep all the family occupied including the dogs. What wildlife will you see?
There has been a recent hatch of ducklings which are growing well and enjoying exploring the Caravan Park in the sunshine.
Glamping Pods and Huts have provided the perfect base for exploring Herefordshire. The comfort of raise beds and just turning the key and not having to worry about setting up and packing away.
The end of the day sees the BBQs lit, the marshmallows are roasting and guests are settling in for the evening. There have been some impressive sunsets across the River Wye, what better way to enjoy the view than with family and friends spending quality time together creating memories?
